you or for as long as you are being treated by us. On conclusion of treatment we have a legal obligation to keep
adults records for 8 years and under 17s until their 25th birthday or eight years after death, if sooner to:
fulfil legal obligations;
respond to questions or complaints.
After which time records are confidentially destroyed.
